Tonks was on her way to the hospital wing . . . again. She fell down the stairs . . . again. She held her arm and made it look like she wasn't too hurt. It was always that one arm that broke, just that one. Nothing else, not even a rib. Even back when she was in the right time she only ever broke her right hand. She was just glad to be left handed. Her hair changed to resemble her mother's and her eyes resembled that of her father. Not only did she actually look like her parents child, she looked like her twin sister. Draquesha, or Keisha as everyone called her, looked everything like their mother in looks but had the eyes of their father. Tonks had always thought Keisha'd been jealous since she didn't have the ability her sister did but she never asked. She really loved her sister, but at the same time envied her. Tonks was the more clumsier of the two, she would be the one to trip over a flat floor. Keisha was calm, composed, and while still clumsy, didn't fall as much.
"Oh Keisha. Kinda glad you're not here... But at the same time I'd love to have you here to talk about boys with me." Tonks chuckled to no one in particular, although, it was mainly to herself. Maybe you could shout across time... No that's too Doctor Who.
She reached the hospital wing and say down on her usual bed. If she got lucky, Remus would be there and could help her, but it was getting late and he probably was already back in the Gryffindor common room. She started to pick at her nails, not even noticing someone walk in. She squinted hard to see if she could get her nails to change colours, it would make so much more sense than actually having to paint them. If it didn't work, oh well, at least she tried.
