A Day in the Life of a Compulsive Prankster (open)

[Sirius Orion Black]

"I would love to visit this realm of Hades... who is he? A Ravenclaw or something?" Sirius asked dumbly, having never heard of Hades, since he didn't listen to Moony's Greek Mythology lectures and not learning it anywhere else. "It's my job to be annoying to you," Sirius teased, "It's just who I am." Sirius chuckled at her love of her hair. He would be surprised if she ever would cut it off, for anything. Plus, she had beautiful hair. "It doesn't need tending to be beautiful though," Sirius noted.

"He denies it, but I saw him snog her outside; James and Peter did too. She's so much different than him; she seems to like school as much as James, and is quite active, while timid at first... Vulpe, I think Moony told me her name was. Weird name, huh?" Sirius explained with a laugh thinking of how Remus was so cute when he was telling them about her, and just how nice she was, and amazing. Sirius thought she was cool, but not as much as Remus seemed to think of her. Maybe Remus was falling for her.

"Just you wait, I'll find out soon enough that your true name is Googly Fart Face," Sirius laughed in his wolfish way he laughed, "Yeah, we'll know, but Remus said it won't be done until next year, maybe the end of the year, if we're lucky."

"Greek God of the underworld. Sorry my dad is Greek." Stacy shook her head, "I'll put it in a simple way to put it. He was the Salazar Slytherin of Greece." That should work, full English wizards just didn't understand. "Then I hope an anvil drops on your head and changes your attitude towards women." She nodded crossing her arms. Some of them knew what it meant but that was a small few.

"By snog you mean like full on snog?" She was interested in knowing this. It wasn't everyday this happened, not everyone got their first kiss at fourteen. "Vulpe means fox doesn't it? What are they? Fox and the hound? Muggle story, don't ask." She held a hand up to hold off questions. "How cute! He finally got someone to like him. "Now that I think about, he got someone to be in a real relationship faster than me. Ugh! This isn't allowed!!" She looked ready to throw a tantrum.

"Why would that be my name? It'd be some thing like Cindy Lou Applegate. Because that name is adorable." She flaunted. "And why not just use the location charm on the map in general? Or on the school. It'd make everything easier." She shrugged looking at the feet indicating Dumbledore.

"Ew! A Slytherin King's Realm! Never mind, I don't want to go there," Sirius said a the thought of a Slytherin King, picturing Voldemort's bedroom now, and just getting creeped out by the thought of it. "That would hurt though! Plus, an anvil won't change me," Sirius joked, "Only love, my dear, and I am not planning on falling in love for a long, long time."

"Oh yes! It was a great snog he had! It was really surprising, because we hadn't met her before. I dunno if he just met her or if he knew her and never told us or something," Sirius said with a huge laugh, picturing Remus and Vulpe; they were a cute couple, he had to admit that. He was just waiting for the right person to come to sweep his friend off his feet. "I know! I even haven't had 100 girlfriends before he's had one... Now I owe James a galleon..."

"Nope, nope. It'd have to be Google Fart Face Applegate because you really are a Google Fart Face," Sirius joked, "Though Cindy Lou isn't bad at all." Sirius shrugged when she suggested the location charm. "Actually, Remus has already tried it. He said it will take much more sophisticated spells. He's probably in the library researching it right now. Apparently the location spell only picked up Dumbledore," Sirius explained.

"You're weird." Stacy said. It was the only thing she could come up with. nothing really came to mind for some reason. "Can cause amnesia and we can totally reshape your mind. You wouldn't remember a thing about pranking, you be perfect in mind and everyone would think it was just a change of heart." She thought about that for a minute, "I might actually consider dating you openly." She chuckled. "Beauty takes nothing, sexiness, oh that takes a lot of work."

"I'm sure he would have said something before hand if he'd met her before. Seeing as he's hit the wall hard. And by wall I mean he fell for her like a rock falls to the ground." She rolled her eyes, "How long did it last? Was he bright red after? And did she look disgusted or displeased? Easy way to tell what it all meant to them." She had a pretty good knowledge of this kind of thing it was in her nature.

"What will it take to shut you up? Because I will hang you from the ceiling with your tie." She said raising her eye brows, "Because you should know I will do that. I'm not afraid to." She shook her head, "Have you tried all of them? There maybe five different ones. Did a paper on it for McGonagall, there were so many words in one book. My head hurt so bad..."

"Why thank you!" Sirius said happily. He knew he was weird, and he was proud of it! He would be as weird as he wanted and no one would make him act otherwise. "That would be the worst! I wouldn't be me anymore," Sirius said with a pouting face. He didn't want to be anyone but himself, forever! "Well, some have natural sexiness!" Sirius replied.

"Poor Remy, already fallen in love... We've still got so much of our lives ahead of us," Sirius said with a sigh. Part of the reason he didn't want to fall in love was because he didn't want to turn into his Mum and Dad. He feared turning into his Dad and not being there for his kids, and the best way to avoid that, was to not fall in love. He wanted to at some point, just not yet. "Well, they both went really red, and continued talking, and laughing."

"Perhaps a little something on my lips?" Sirius suggested with a laugh. "I dunno much about what Remus is doing, but I'll tell him about your suggestion," Sirius shrugged, "He does more of the 'complicated spell' work, while James and I come up with the ideas... Peter just is there for looks." Fairly, Peter wasn't just there for looks. Right now, he was a good friend of theirs, and gave them a really good laugh sometimes, while being very awkward as well at times.

"You're not welcome." Stacy shook her head. She tried soused not to yawn but it was cutting into her beauty sleep time. She rolled her eyes and pursed her lips at him. "But you'd be perfect! What do you have against perfection? I wouldn't even need it, I'm already perfect. So perfect in fact, I only need to work with my hair in the morning." She smiled. "My natural sexiness takes work. You don't look like me with out putting a few hours in every other day."

"Why are you against love? There's nothing wrong with it. I'm happy for Lupin." She nodded. "We're fourteen, there's still three years of school. Life hasn't even begun." She noted. Usually life began with love and ended with death. It did in her family's case at least. She hadn't understood what her mother meant by everything would change once her daughters found love. Like the loss of breath whenever he was around. She missed those talks. It was hard to believe her mother was gone. "Alright, lets make the story." She rubbed her hands together. "He saw her, thought she was the most beautiful girl ever. She makes him smile, he makes her heart flutter. They think they're just friends, until he kissed her. Then she wasn't sure what to think. She wants him to ask her to lunch or dinner, and he just gets confused. Then they laugh it off, saying they'll talk later and wallah, here we are now." She smiled.

"Then get over here, you know I ain't moving." She said moving her feet. "I don't need the whole story. Just tell him that. There's no need to get all personal about it."

"I am very welcome," Sirius returned with a laugh, "Ah, but perfection is never what people really want. Complete perfection is nonexistent, well besides my looks, of course." He was very cocky about his own appearance, just as Stacy was, it was almost like they were made for each other or something. "Well my sexiness needs no tending too," Sirius teased, again with a laugh.

"Ah, well, that's because..." Sirius wasn't sure if he should tell her; only his fellow Marauders knew about why he hated being tied down, despite it was his reputation he had to live up to, "I don't want to end up like my parents, especially Dad. I want to get my life in order, after all the fun I'll have the next 3 years here, before I fall in love... I don't want to not be there for the one I love or maybe even my eventual children." Well he decided to tell her obviously. "I'm worried poor Remy will end up like Mum and Dad; they were school sweethearts and love each other, but they don't get along most of the time, and have a very rocky relationship." He had never really met anyone's parents besides James's that still loved each other. So he came up with the fact that if one doesn't plan to fall in love it would end up like his parents' relationship. "That actually... seems very Remus of him," Sirius laughed. He could see that happening to Remus, having known Remus for nearly 4 years, and being great friends with him.

"Awww, but my foot hurts," Sirius complained, "Ok, ok, I'll make sure to tell him that. Be back in a sec." He stood up and again half-limped and half-ran up to the dorms, and stashed the map back before he hurried back, giving her a quick kiss and sitting back in the armchair, having made sure no one came in the common room while he was gone.

Stacy rolled her eyes. "You see but I want perfection. I try so hard to have the perfect boyfriend. But no one fits perfection. I just won't be perfect till I have the perfect boyfriend." She nodded. That was the only way she saw perfection. She was so self conscious about herself but she only cared about how people looked. She glared at him. "Really! I'm sure your hair has to have something done with it." She shook her head. "I'm pretty sure yours isn't sexiness. It's more... Yeah." She was using her hands to talk. "My sexiness on the other hand, that's natural."

She raised an eyebrow. Really? Because of his parents? That was the only reason. "Are you stupid?" She asked incredulously. "I'm sure you'd be nothing like your parents. My parents met way after school! My sister, when she was nineteen. My other sister, seventeen. Me? I'm not really sure." She stopped herself before saying something else. "I'm sure he'd be different. He probably treats her like a princess and she probably treats him like he's her world." She shrugged. "I told you, I'm good at this stuff. I'm just Amazing." She smirked.

"I don't care if your appendix was about to pop. Your moving and I'm staying here." She crossed her arms. She shook her head, "Whatever." She shook her head. She chuckled when he came back. "Your so lucky no one came in." She moved her hair behind her ears.

Sirius chuckled. "Jamesies once told me that if you seek perfection, you won't find it, until you realize that the perfect one for you is right in front of you, or something like that. I'm pretty sure it was still when he had that huge incurable crush on Evans. I hear he has the hots for a Slytherin these days," Sirius said with a huge smile, thinking of James and a Slytherin, while a nice one and a gem in the sea of ugly rocks, it was still really funny to think that if those two were to get together, the world would be ending because Gryffindors and Slytherins together was just unnatural.

"I'm not stupid! It's that the only times I've ever seen those who are supposed to be in love they either break up or have a terrible relationship," Sirius insisted, feeling bad that he even said anything. She wouldn't understand what his experiences had been and how he had come up with the conclusion he had. Just look at Bellatrix and that Rodolphus guy, they were married, but she seemed to hate him. Then again, Sirius never really liked them anyways, and stayed away as much as possible. "That's what Reggy said Mum told him Dad and her relationship was like in school..." Sirius felt very self-conscious talking about his family. He never actually told this much about his family to his friends, they just pretty much knew it already from when he actually talked about them, figuring it themselves. Things like this they didn't really need to talk about.

"Hey, I was careful," Sirius smirked before taking off his shoe and examining it for the first time seeing a bruise on his foot, but nothing more. "Too bad Remy doesn't know healing spells yet," Sirius said slipping his footwear back on. "But it's not that bad," Sirius shrugged with a laugh.

"That's insane. I will find perfection. There is no pause, pausing is for people who give up. I do not give up. Ever. Even if its staring me in the face, I won't give up till its mine." Stacy gritted her teeth. "Ooh, new gossip, looks like I'm going to have to spread some rumors.." She smirked and rubbed her hands together. "Details! What's her name? What's she look like? Tell me everything you know!" She had to know the details to be able to tell people.

"Then you haven't had a real relationship! My parents before my mum--" she stopped before she said anything else. "My parents have the best relationship and they'd known each other for years. She rejected him several times because he was short and not the most popular." She stopped after that, she didn't want to say anything else. It was hard to think of her mom as gone. She took a deep breath and calmed herself down. "Well all relationships turn out differently, you can't base them all on one." She stated.

"What ever. Someone still could have walked in when you did that. How would you play it off then? With me being drunk? Because that's not happening." She looked in her mirror again. "What did you do? Kick a wall?"

"So you haven't found it yet?" Sirius laughed, "Because I'm pretty darn perfect, if I may say so myself!" Of course, he wanted the perfect someone for him who would keep him under control sometimes, and be wild with him other times. "Ah, well, she's one of the new people, Ginny Weasley. He actually hasn't said anything about it, but I can tell he likes her more than a friend," Sirius said happily thinking about James, and when he caught him sending messages to her at lunch across the hall with hand messages, "She's probably one of the few redeemable Slytherins, not the Death Eater type either."

Deciding that she would say what she wanted on the 'before my mum' part, Sirius chose to ignore it, and let her keep her peace with it, not wanting to be insistent or annoying in that way. "It's just like you shouldn't judge what love does to people just by looking at your parents' relationship either. I've seen many relationships fail and burn when people think their in love, and I don't want to feel heart broken, so I don't want to fall in love until I'm ready for it."

"You could've just slapped me and then, it would just be me again with my amazing snogging abilities charming all the witches here, despite the consequences," Sirius laughed. Sirius looked at his again covered foot and thought back to when he did injure it. "Well, Remus stepped on it when we were hiding in a broom closet from Filch earlier, and then you stepped on it just a few minutes ago, making it hurt even more." Ah, the four boys in one broom closet wasn't a very pretty picture, but they had a good laugh over it. He'd almost blew it when Remus basically stamped on his foot accidentally as they piled in, and Sirius almost yelled, but James had covered his mouth, expecting it.
