but for our new readers, will you inform us once
more what your parents named you?”
My name is Rose Dora Weasley. Rose means, well, Rose, I thought that would be obvious. Dora means gift, but it was given to me after Nymphadora Tonks who died during the war. Instead of Nymphadora, they decided Dora, as they were worried I would hate it like Tonks hated her full name. I wouldn’t have minded.
“Remind us again when you were born? I can
never get enough of the story surrounding
your birth.”
I was born July 3rd, 16 years ago. Mum and Dad were very excited and they decided to name me Rose Dora Weasley. That’s about it. Nothing too important.
“Okay, be honest here. Which are you in to
more: guys or dolls? Don't worry, our lips
are sealed.”
Straight, sorry to those girls out there.
“Alright, on to the good stuff. What do you do
in your spare time? Any favorite past times?”
In my spare time I usually do homework, which I love perfecting, or I am writing or studying history. Otherwise I would be outside, either enjoying nature or talking with my friends.
“Tell me: what are your favorite things in the
entire world? Those special things that just
make you want to smile?”
I love writing and studying history! I really want to write all about history in fun stories, like novels, but historically accurate. It would make History of Magic so much more fun. I like to just hang around and talk, whether jokes, or whatever. I just like relaxing… But at the same time I love school and learning, so I do homework to the max, just like Mum.
“And sadly we all know that there are things
that we just can't stand. What are yours?”
I can’t stand girly girls, materialistic people, or those who discriminate against House. That should have died down when Slytherins were proven not all to be evil. I mean, Scorpius isn’t evil. I hate those who don’t understand different, and reject people for being different. Oh and I hate cocky people. Dad sometimes gets cocky and it’s annoying, but I can deal with him as I have all my life.
“Any short or long term goals? Where do
you see yourself five years? In ten? How
do you plan to get there?”
Well I hope to become a Historian after I graduate, and document things in history we haven’t yet found. That and, when I get older, I could take over for Binns.
“What makes you quake in your boots?
If you had to pick one thing that scared
you the most, what would it be?”
Probably Mum when she gets angry; that or snakes, like the animal snakes, not the Slytherins, they’re not bad at all. Or the thought of Voldemort coming back… I think that scares most of us though.
“Is there a significant other in your life? How
do you do with relationships?”
I want to find the one who I am destined for, so long term. I have a huge crush on Scorpius… Tell anyone and I’ll kill you. Maybe he’ll be the one I supposed to be with. I’m a hopeless romantic, but I won’t let people take advantage of me because of that.
“Now, you know that we adore you, but let's
talk about some other people for a little bit. A
little bird told me that you have some pretty
well known parents. Who are they?”
Dad works with Uncle Georgie in his joke shop in Diagon Alley, and Mom is a Ministry law enforcement officer. Dad is Ron and Mom is Hermione, both Weasleys now.
“Any other important people in your family?
Did you parents have any other children?”
I do have a brother, Hugo. He’s a really funny guy, but he’s annoying. We fight, but that’s just sibling rivalry.
“How about pets? How many do you have?”
I have a brown barn owl who didn’t come back in time with me; his name was Minon.
“Okay, you have to have known that we were
going to ask. What's your biggest and best
kept secret? I won't tell.”
I suppose my biggest secret is my huge crush on Scorpius Malfoy, the son of that man Dad hates.
“Ok, so who are you loyal to? Dumbledore's
Army, The Dragon's Fire, The Order of the Phoenix,
The Death Eaters, or none of them?”
Dumbledore’s Army, of course!
“Interesting! Now finally, the last question.
What time are you from, Harry's or the Marauders'?”
I’m from way in the future, after Harry defeated Voldemort.
