Build: Raine is only about 5'2" and around 100 pounds. She is small and very fairy like having a small, rounded face and pointed ears.

Overall Personality: Raine is very unique. She has a very airy, floaty, unfocused look about her that matches the way she acts. She tends to have a randomness about her that is similar to the future Luna Lovegood. She never seems to be set on one particular thing or one thought, but rather thinking of a million at once. People seem to think that she never looks at them when she talks, but she knows so much and gets so much out of them.
Raine pulls people out of their shells. They seem comfortable around her and begin to open up, slowly at first. Oftentimes, the person doesn't realize it is happening to them because she never reacts differently to make them assume something happened. People around her begin to open their minds and their hearts to things or people that they never would have otherwise.

Others: Dumbledore has acted as a close friend, guardian, and mentor for years and years. As soon as she learned she was a seer he came and began to teach her magic and who she was.

Overall History: Raine was born in the middle of spring to two normal people in a world without magic. They believed so strongly, however, that magic and "fantasy" existed. Raine's name, when translated, means queen magic fairy, as they believed she would someday prove the existence of unicorns, dragons, fairies, etc. For the first four years of her life, her parents taught her of the fantasy world they believed in and had been searching for together for so long. She began to dream of seeing a unicorn and meeting a fairy. When she turned four, her dreams became more realistic. She saw these fantasy creatures as well as humans with magic, witches and wizards, and things that occurred to them. Her dreams slowly turned to nightmares as she saw the awful things that occurred to most of these witches and wizards. The shift began when a drunk driver ran into her while she was out playing. Luckily, the guy was only going a few miles an hour and she was fine after being in the hospital for a while. A few months later, Dumbledore arrived on her doorstep.
Dumbledore explained to her parents that magic was indeed real and that Raine showed early signs of being a very strong witch. He told them that the nightmares she kept receiving were actually proof that she was a seer, and was predicting the future. He told them that he would need to take her and raise her at a special school in Britain called Hogwarts. They could still visit her and care for her, but she would be taught specially. Throughout the next fourteen years, she learned magic like anyone else, but found that most magics were not her specialty. She was only good at divination and seeing. Just after her seventh year, Dumbledore hired her as the divination teacher. She has had many many full predictions that ended up in the same hall that later held Trawley's prediction.
