The Coming Out Party [Teddy, Remy, Tonks]

Keisha stared down at the book she had just read.  Had he really just called her dear sister Nymphie?  And this Harry called her Teddy's aunt?  There was something wrong here.  Time travel happened, yes.  Was he truly from their future and her nephew.  Who she never got to know?  She just was going to leave a note in Teddy's book that he carried to most places so he could see it.  Now she had to burn it.  She was leaving a note that was hitting on her nephew (if this were truly true).

She had to tell Dora.  She took the photo album and ran out of the dormitories.  "Dora!  Dora!  I need to speak with you!"  Keisha was now starting to feel even more disgusted about her treatment of Teddy.  She even tried to kiss him at one point!  Good thing he didn't seem to notice and turned away.  Now she felt happy Teddy had not noticed instead of offended as she did when it happened.

Tonks was asleep. Whenever she had free time and wasn't with Remus, she was sleeping somewhere in the school. This was also when she wasn't trying to be Hogwarts' newest badass. The little, cute girl who liked to be innocent as a Rose was gone and had been replaced by this new one, but she still loved everyone of her friends and family. To them she hadn't changed much.

At that moment, Tonks was sleeping with an arm over her head. Her hair was in a frizzed out mess and some of her hair was in her mouth, and she was softly snoring. She bolted up right when she heard her sister calling. She'd just had a dream where she was marring Remus and they were just told to kiss. Of course Keisha had to wake her at that point. "I WASN'T KISSING-- wait..." She looked around and got up putting on her slippers. She walked out to the common room with a yawn and sat in one of the chairs and closed her eyes.

"What is it Keish? You woke me from my nap and I'm tired..." She yawned again.

Kiesha waved the comment away, though she really hoped she wasn't referring to Teddy. Because that would be gross to dream about... now that she knew. And Dora was about to know too. Plus, how would Remus feel if he knew his girl was dreaming about Teddy?

"Never mind that," Keisha said quickly showing her Teddy's photo album, "Read the second page. It shows Teddy and his parents. Tell me if you recognize who his mother is." If she didn't, then there would be a caption down the page that was a baby picture of Dora (or her, actually, her hair wasn't changing in that picture, and maybe their mother confused the two... nevertheless, it was captioned Nymphadora Tonks).

Tonks continued to yawn, but stood up and walked over behind her sister. She leaned over and looked her sister in the eye as best she could, "What are you holding baby sister?" Her eyes got wide for a second, "that's not my diary is it? Please tell me you did not steal my diary. I keep it hidden for a reason!" She groaned and rolled forward onto the couch. "Anything good?" She smirked. She didn't really have a diary. She'd lost it at one point and didn't really care if anyone found it, it was unimportant now.

She raised an eyebrow, what could possibly be in this book that was so important? She opened it to the second page and stared at the picture. Who's kind of sick joke was this? That looked like her almost. If she kept her hair bubble gum pink all the time and was in her mid twenties. She read the caption, "But that's my name... That impossible..." She looked at the other picture on the page. It was one of the pictures of her when she was little. "Did you put this here? Are you trying to play some sick joke on me or something, because this isn't funny. This is sad. How many times did he tell us their story? This. Is. Sick." She wiped her face once she noticed she was almost crying.

Keisha shook her head quickly. She had expected for her sister to think it a trick. She, herself, had thought as much when she discovered it. But she had wondered how Teddy got a picture of her baby sister and an older Remus together with a baby. And why would he have done it? But now she was the suspect.

"No, really, I promise," Keisha insisted, "I didn't do it. That was how I found it. I was going to hide a note for Teddy there, and... I opened it up and saw this." Keisha was freaking out still, frantic even. Probably because of her long time crush on the man they had met two years ago. She understood why Teddy hid it at first, but for so long? They had gotten so close. They were practically dating already! He should have said something!

"You do know he doesn't have a thing for you right? Besides, he's too old for you. Or young? I don't know. Whatever." Tonks shook her head. "And if this is real, then he's my kid. And I wouldn't let you date my kid. But I look so old!! There's no way this is real. I would never look that old on purpose." There was an alarm going off in her head saying that something was off about all of this. This book had one of her baby pictures in it. What was she supposed to think?!

Something occurred to her. What if they looked through the rest of it? Just to make sure everything followed suit. Either way, Teddy was going to have some explaining to do. The fact that he'd hid this for two years from all of them was the worst part. How was she supposed to hide the fact that she'd looked in Teddy's book? How was she going to tell Remus that she wasn't sure if she should be with him in this time because it would mess up Teddy's timeline? It was all so confusing and a huge mess.

After actually considering it, she opened the book in her sister's hands and scrolled through the pictures. All she saw were a whole bunch of her baby pictures. "Unless Teddy talked to mom's cousin, that's me on one of our birthdays." Tonks shook her head and bit her lower lip; it was a habit she needed to break sooner rather than later. "That's when you blew out my cake candles and I nearly blew up at you? Trust me, I wanted to slam your head on the floor. Would have been pretty amazing for me at that point. But how...?" She rubbed her forehead and leaned back, groaning as she slid down the couch.
